how to adjust 23-113
How do you adjust 23-113? I tried turning the nut with pliers but it's tight in both directions and the pin doesn't move in or out. I wound up using the plastic version but I think the doors might be too heavy for that one.

Wooden Track for Dresser Drawer
Hi! My dresser drawers are not gliding smoothly on their wooden tracks. Is this lubricant stick intended for use on wood? Or is there a different product I should use instead? I have heard of rubbing the wooden track with wax paper, but I am looking for something easier to use.

Sliding door hardware
Can you tell me if any of your Hardware will replace the pictures I'm attaching? The wheel appears to be one inch in diameter. Do you think a 23-0 1 5 will work well? It is from a sliding door, probably built in the fifties , that had a piece of plywood that was sliding as the door Thank you ... (cont.)

23-011 vs 23-012
I think 23-011 is exactly what just wore out on my wife's closet door but 23-012 looks very similar. What is difference between "front" vs "back" in descriptions? Thanks.

1970 METAL BI-FOLD DOOR TRACK NEEDED
Hi-This is a picture of the track I am looking for. It is wide and tall with a groove that is 1/2' wide. I need a length of 36". Your SWISCO rollers are perfect replacements for my rollers!
Fantastic! I am so thankful to have something go so smoothly, it was a welcome change. The not so tough part was removing the old parts, but just cliping in your replacement parts and a few turns of the screwdriver for adjustment and it was done. I replaced my Stanley upper glide part # 00-5024 wit ... (cont.)

23-199 or 23-255 Metal Insert?
Do either of these products have an option that the insert is made of metal versus plastic? It appears that the original hardware I have is the 23-199 and the plastic housing that holds the roller in place broke ... hoping a metal insert would be more durable. Thanks

Best method to cut 23-272 bottom concave roller track
I need to replace my roller track with this product. However, the track in my closet is 60 inches. I plan to purchase the 71 inch track and cut it down. Do you have any recommendations on how to perform this so the edge is cleanly cut without deforming the track? Thanks,.
