This piece goes in the side of the cabinet. Then the plastic drawer glides between square/rectangle part and divider part (dividing the top larger cylinder looking piece).

These photos are of glide and brackets installed, not uninstalled as suggested. I can see no identifying information on them. The particular drawer I'm looking at has outside dimensions 16-5/8" x 21". Brackets are 3" tall, 1-3/16" deep and mount on a 1-1/4" hole pattern. There is 17" between the ... (cont.)
