Bracket: US Pat. No. 3.980.364 Slides: No markings at all Looking for 17.5" & 20" lengths

I can't find or even know the name of this piece. It is attached to the end of the center slide barl that goes into the socket piece.

Hi, Hoping you can help find these cabinet pulls. I purchased in about 2006 for my kitchen, and just added a wet bar and stereo cabinets so looking for same pulls. The plastic/nylon rollers broke. They are 1 1/8 inch in diameter and I was so excited to see that Swisco had 1 1/8 inch plastic rollers and ordered them. The white plastic piece at the center of th door hinges broke off and the doors no longer self close and stay closed. I have attached two photos. This plastic bracket is broken on two of my kitchen cabinets, causing the drawers to fall of the tracks and downward. I'd like to replace these before reinstalling a new brackets style. The plastic piece snaps into this black bracket behind the back of the drawer.
