Rear mount for cabinet drawers

I am looking to refurbish an old steel case desk. Do you carry these desk drawer rollers and securing pieces?

I am refinishing a Broyhill side stand (a 3 drawer-a bit larger than a nightstand. I am restoring this for a great niece. The tipper drawer glide, c-shaped polyethylene plastic. Is shown to be available in a 13/32 by 3/4 by 3/4. Are any other sizes available? The inside leg of this item is closer to 1/2 in. If other sizes are available can you include a link in your response.

It's screwed into the back of the cabinet to support the rail of sliding kitchen drawer. The drawer is probably 20 years old by Yorktowne I believe. The right side is the part that broke (left side pictured), but I would take both left and right if available. There is number on the part 6600 ... (cont.)

I have a Rev-A-Shelf 5349 kitchen trash pullout unit. The slide rails have black plastic pieces screwed to the tops of the rails. I need the I don't know what you call it, but like a drawer runner. Also need the brown plastic piece at the end.

This is KCMA A161-1-1990 cabinetry. The plastic bracket at the back broke and there is no support for the drawer. Everything else is still good.
