Does this handle have an 1 1/2" stand off from the door face?

Looking for replacement top roller assembly and bottom shower door guides.

I need the rollers and the hardware for my glass shower sliding door complete set.

I wanted to replace our drip rail which was attached with 4 screws, and had a vinyl sweep underneath. However, it measure as 27". Can this be correct? My half moon glass shower doors need bottom guides and top rollers, it looks like product code 10-060 will work for the bottom guides! The gap between the bottom of my shower door and shower threshold is 7/8". Will the Shower Sweep With Drip Rail work in my shower? Is it too big a gap? Conversely, if the sweep is too long, can I cut it?
