Looking for a stainless steel version of this roller. Need heavy duty. The doors are very heavy.

I have two windows in my room, and those dont get stay up once i open, watched youtube and found the website. Length is 29" and 1/2 depth, please help to idetify the right parts so I can put back

I don't have photos of it intalled; the mirror was hanging off & we had to take it apart. Hoping someone can help me replace!

Photo 2615 is the broken part that fell out when I took bottom window out. The balancer has a blue/turquoise tip on it, 3/8 diameter. The spiral rod stilll has tension but the part it hooks onto, I believe, is what broke. I'm trying to figure out what part(s) I need to replace and how to do it. ... (cont.)

Hello, I would like to purchase a replacement window latch. I believe it is a "sash vent stop", part 26-354. The patent no is 5553903. It is 2.25" x 1.25" x 0.25". There is a "B" and "6" on back side. Can you confirm this is the correct part? Thank you.

Hello, The spring on the handle mechanism is broken. The handle does not rotate back as it should after turning to open the door. The screws are 1 3/4" across both the handle and deadbolt. The top and bottom screw are 5 1/2". Can I get just the spring? Can I get a new lock mechanisim as I do n ... (cont.)
