Help! The spring loaded mechanism that holds the storm windows on a number of my windows have failed. Otherwise, windows work great. I can't find any identifying marks on the windows as to brand. Do you have replacement parts? Many thanks, Gifford

The sliding glass door is in the back, glass-enclosed poarch that was built in the early to mid 1960s. The parts of the front roller have no discernible names, numbers or markings on them.

Hi Which kind of coil balances do I need to fix my window that will not stay up? Do I need to replace both sides?

The plastic block shown are at the front and back of each slide on each side of the cabinet. Rather than the slides being mounted directly to the cabinet these plastic spacers keep the slides about 3/4" inward allowing the slide to clear a lip at the front of the cabinet. These are 25 + year old windows, and the balance has gone out on a few of them. Seems easy to fix but only if I have the correct parts

Hi! Trying to identify broken channel balance. 5/8" by 28". Picture include number stamped at bottom and then bottom and top flange. Probably need to replace both sides in case other side goes out I'm guessing. If u have a video that shows how to replace that would be great!

Has a sizeable gap between latch and surface otherwise looks like so many others 1 1/2" holes apart 5/16" spindle etc
