Hello - We have a sliding glass door that has an Allen-Stevens handle with dark brown wood and a keyed lock. The door is 1" wide and the screws on the interior handle are about 3 5/16" apart. Hi, I want to make my windows easier to operate and hoping you can help out. I have included some pictures. My windows are tilt in and are about 28 years old the brand was Patriot. Pictures show the balance is just shy of 27" and they are a 5/8" diameter.
