Hi, I want to make my windows easier to operate and hoping you can help out. I have included some pictures. My windows are tilt in and are about 28 years old the brand was Patriot. Pictures show the balance is just shy of 27" and they are a 5/8" diameter.

I need to replace the 45º lever slot but the top and bottom needs to be rounded as i bought a replacement at Home Depot and unfortunately, although the overall dimensions are correct, it doesn't fit as it's square on the top and botton. Hello, Attached are two images; one with and one without the piece I am looking to replace. The metal piece in the window balance shoe is what needs replacing. no marking anywherre on hardware. Long arm is between 9-10" so im assuming theres some universal sizes that would fit those perameters

I'm looking for the correct snap-in glazing for some windows I am replacing the IGUs in. These are Marvin Windows circa 2003-2004. Wood frames, 5/8" IGUs.

Hi - I'm looking to confirm a replacement part number for the sash balancer pictured here. The part/model number appears to be 11600-17. The "box" number appears to be 931 - if I'm reading the pictures correctly.

I'm interested in replacing this door lock with a new silver-colored one. I just moved into the house and there are no identifying markings on the storm door. Please let me know if you need more information.

Window balances our frozen, customer broke pivot shoe trying to open. please help identify. i do not know the maunufacturer of the window but the balance seems to be pretty standard. the pivot shoe is larger then most i have found
