I have a 1/2 inch wide window balance that the cord snapped. I believe it is a 380 1320 but would like you to confirm for my part order. The markings on the balance say 13 2 Caldwell.Thank you Brian

Hi - I'm looking to confirm a replacement part number for the sash balancer pictured here. The part/model number appears to be 11600-17. The "box" number appears to be 931 - if I'm reading the pictures correctly.

I'm interested in replacing this door lock with a new silver-colored one. I just moved into the house and there are no identifying markings on the storm door. Please let me know if you need more information.

Window balances our frozen, customer broke pivot shoe trying to open. please help identify. i do not know the maunufacturer of the window but the balance seems to be pretty standard. the pivot shoe is larger then most i have found

A cabinet drawer clip

I'm looking for replacement plastic glazing strip for 1980's era aluminum window frames. I haven't found any markings on the windows. The IGU's in the window are 1/2". The frames are horizontal sliders. The slider side uses U-shaped marine style rubber glazing and the fixed side uses plastic strips ... (cont.)

Do you have rollers for an old aluminum single pane 1970 66"x33" window. A single screw hold the roller in place. Track (thickness) looks like 3/8 ish. Photo is looking down
