On the balance it says 27 4 BSI OL. I know what the numbers 27 and 4 are but I don't know what series I need. The plastic ends of the balance are hard to figure out. Thank you

I am trying to replace these upper guides (see photos) for my sliding mirror doors. The doors are on bottom rollers and these "y-shaped" forks are keeping the doors aligned by clicking around the upper track for the door. I have these doors that have no identifying numbers or markings as to what brand they are. Above are pics of the weather stripping that came from these doors. Hoping that your company may I identify this weather stripping and also have something I can use.

I looked everywhere and there are no numbers printed or etched. The balances are from around 2001. It measures 30 inches just the metal part and the window it lifts we believe is 40lb so I feel like it's a 29-2. I just can't identify the top and bottom pieces. Thanks for your help ... (cont.)

The side metal balance broke

See photo. The adjustment screw is on top. The screw that screws into the frame is on the bottom. We need two of these. Can you help?

These windows use 26-466 Pivot Bar, 2-1/4" and 15-177 Coil Balance Shoe, Slate Blue but can not find the coil spring holders. I have ordered the above from you folks and they work great but can not find the coil spring holders. thanks Henry
