I have a series 0901 double hung window and need the slide replacement. What part would this be?

Hi- I need help replacing the coil balance and support (and potentially shoe, as well) in one side of a vinyl window. The coil is stamped E7 and measures 1/2" wide. Hello, I need to replace the channel balances on a 1980's era milguard window. The stamp on the old channel balance says 2030 and the metal portion measures 21" long.
