The spring is labeled with #4.0, 35", and a code that appears to be PA__2322, with the underscores illegible. I need to replace the balance assembly including spring and cover. broken slider door handle

This is a Silverline sliding door. Identifying door latch for sliding glass door

Hi,I have a 1960's home in the bay area and it won't latch shut, the black part in the photos that is supposed to latch has snapped in half.
