HI, I have a head sash balance that needs replacing. The numbers visible on the part are 11600-17 827 k38 and 598 Can you tell me what part number I should order?

hi! i have been trying to find a replacement for this door, i was able to find the handle that is pretty close to it (82-063) but that is an inch too short and i am needing a 7"
