Hello! A pivot lock shoe is jammed in the track. I have tried to "unlock" the mechanism with a flat head screw driver and the blue cam just turns but no tension release is noted. One of the retaining brackets for this vinyl roll out window broke, the image is of the good one. There is no identification sticker on the window. This holes the rail that slides up and down to latch onto the window for locking and pulling the window in tight.
