Lost keys to sliding door lock. Don't see any branding.

I have multiple windows that the balance hardware has separated from the window on one side of each window. Obviously the springs are now rusty. I took the hardware out in one window so I can get better images. Please let me know what I need to purchase to complete fixing. The nylon string is connec ... (cont.)

Hi, I am looking to replace the hardware on all the windows of our home. HTL is the only identifing info on the hardware I've been able to find. Windows were installed in 70's I believe. Please let us know if you have any products that can be used to replace these units.

You lift the handle then the lock is release and window can be open by twisting handle in bottom of window. There are letters D H with words del mar on side with made in Canada edged into outside portion of window.

1. The crank is marked with the name 'Semco'; the bolt and the handle that engages with it are both stripped. My other windows have a smaller space saver crank handle which is 2-1/2" wide. 2. No identifying marks on awning window locks.
