I need to find a single replacement window balance for my atrium vertical window. Measuring according to you guide video came to 27 inches. If I need to buy them in the pair that's fine. Trying to replace these tilt latches found in windows no longer manufactured. Purchased some latches from another manufacturer that are 3/4" x 2 7/8" but they were too long. Cannot get the old latches out in one piece to provide a photo of the part uninstalled. Thank you for your help! ... (cont.)

I need to buy a window balance part for a window size 32 1/8 with a glass size of 29 1/4

I have had 1 pivot shoe that broke. The window was made 12/15/1995...Job #107990 Order # 190684...I am trying to replace but I do not know the part number...attached are the pictures of the broken piece. Can you help me determine the correct replacement piece?Thank You,John

Hi, I believe the attached window balancer is a 32XHD with a blue shoe. I couldn't locate a replacement, do you have any suggestions? Thanks again for the help!
