I need window balance replacements for wooden from approx. 1981. They are double hung. Need 24" & 16"

Looks like T weather seal. This came from window and I need replacement.

Do you have plastic/vinyl seals, perhaps by the yard, to replace these in the channel at bottom edge of french windows?

Plastic clip that spring open expands and contracts so window will stay in place when open. Clips are breaking

Please assist in selecting a proper channel balance and sash guide top. Both shoe and the top of the channel balance do not appear winged. The Sash guide top measured 1" across the flat top and 1" tall. The Shoe and channel guide top measured about 3/4" tall. (i think) The window was acting unusu ... (cont.)

Just purchased an older home. The door "handles" are not working properly. I think the distance between the holes on the handle is 6 5/8 inches wide Is there any way to replace these handles with an actual handle? I hate to removed the entire door frame due to the handles. My cover is not the 15-185. I ordered those, and it was to large. My measurements are: bottom of square to top is 1 7/16 width of square is 1 1/4 the peg length is 7/16 peg diameter is 7/16

The part I have is 1/2 in width with a 1/2 inch opening for the lance spring cover peg. I need to order some of coil support balances.

I need the hinge for this casement window. the number is "HG04-2002" any help with this would be greatly appreciated. thanks

I am trying to find replacement pull tabs to fit a screen on a Milgard window. I would greatly prefer to find one that is a loop, like the original rather than the solid tabs that I seem to be finding. Any ideas on how to find some that will fit?

can you cross reference either of these numbers? I was told my 2005 windows are the "older" style. 490212-01 or US208301 are the numbers i was given. My repair service told me they can no longer get the older style of latch. If that is the case I would like to order at least 3 left and 4 right in wh ... (cont.)

I am attempting to locate a replacement patio door latch for a 1971/1972 Andersen, perma-shield, gliding 6068 patio door. I am on the road a lot and not easily accessable via e-mail.

The latch is 2 3/4 inches long and 3/4 inches wide. The window was installed in 1957. The window is divided light with 8 pains. The window uses 2 of these side latches. The window is 51 1/8 inches long and 18 3/4 wide.James
