The flipper handle broke, but do I need the whole internal mechanism? This does not have a key lock just the flip handle secures the door. What do I order ?

Do you offer this screen clip? Or a suitable replacement for it?

I have Infinity Royal Dh by Marvin windows. Need Right hand and left hand replacements for double hung tilt windows. They are 2 5/8" long x 5/8 wide x 7/16 thick. they lock in by a tab on the bottom of the latch. (see pics) Also information on the bottom seals for same windows they are 33" wide ... (cont.)

Hi, Top window slams down and remains in an open position. Looks like the pivot shoe(?) is broken, leaving the window to fall off of the spiral tilt balance / shoe and down the channel. I was browsing and didn't seem to find a part that looks similar to this. Thanks for any input! ... (cont.)
