Tilt latch replacement part

Hello, The handle that you hold onto to open and close the window keeps coming off even when it's tightened. The threads on the "screw" it attaches to seems to be stripped. Is there any way to replace the whole part? Thanks, Karen

This is from an Alcoa window. Do you have a replacement part?

I have an Anderesen Double Hung window (1 over 1) with each pane measuring roughly 28" high by 40" wide. Need a replacement for the left sash balance as viewed from the inside. Markings on the tab of the left balance read (BS8-489), with a marking on the body of the balance that reads 11600-17. B ... (cont.)

Looking to try and order the correct cam lock and balance shoes for both sides of seven windows top and bottom. I also included the side and top window labels if it helps to determine the part number. Thank you very much for your help.Denise

Hi, Help, bought pivot shoe and it seems to be the correct thickness but needs an additional button on the black disc. The window can't lock in.

I want to replace the spiral balances in 4 double hung, non tilt windows. This is a photo of the current balance; the current tip looks gray, but I'm not sure. The tube is 5/8" diameter and 25 " long; each sash weighs about 13 - 14 lbs. What should I buy to replace them?

Not sure what this piece is but our windows have a warning sticker with A-X7164. The piece is sticking out and won't go back in. Is it replaceable?

Trying to find this handle or something like it so replace mine. I may need the latch as well since it seems to be catching? Not sure if that is just because the handle is in rough shape though. Casey

Hi I have an ACME 4013 top braket that has it's guide broken I am looking for an alternative or a used one ? Any idea? I would be interested in 4 or 8 of them!!! This markings found on my existing hardware 51958, 148.1.1 R that is broken.
