On our bay window we have been informed the open-enclose gear on window crank has worn out. Wellington is now out of business for a number of years so lifetime warranty envalid. Is this something you can assist with? If so I'll gladly take it apart and send you photo. Thanks

I need two replacement coil balances. There are not marking on the broken balances. The window itself weights 19.5 lbs. It is a Capital 3500 Series Vinyl Window. The photos show the broken units with a ruler, operational units, and the tilt bar at the bottom of the window.

Rollers are 1 1/2" diameter with an eccentric roller axle that allows for door adjustment. There are 2 rollers on bottom and top. The bottom of the door is 5/8" wide and 1 7/16" deep.
