On back of bail pull stamped A 9550 D.C.

Not disassembled yet The lock/latch still works but has no 'detent' between locked and unlocked position. I have Peachtree vinyl double hung windows that don't work. They have Caldwell 3675 AK channel spring balances. The lifetime warrantee went with the Co. Where can I get replacement spring balances that will work work?

I am looking to replace this window crank or at least get a knob for it, which is missing. I have no clue the make of the crank. We moved into the house and there is no paperwork identifying the make or model of the crank. Any advice is welcome

These are older vinyl windows that use channel window balances on each side. To remove sash you open sash take out clips and window slides sideways out of frame. The pics I sent are on each side of top rail on window that grabs the channel balance. Not sure of their name other than prime sash cam, b ... (cont.)
