The window is called Wickes. It is a lift-pull window. The holder or the spring set of the lower piece window is broken.

I am trying to replace this window crank that will not open or close the window. It has a crank that will not bite or engage the gears.

I am missing a screw and nut to for an Andersen patio door handle. Screw is about 2 inches long. Nut is a special one which appears from the outside to be a screw. Holes for missing screw and nut are visible in handle photos.
