Do you have anything like this? The parts get screwed into the side of a vinyl door. The top Tee (one is broken) slides on the track and the bottom pieces just keep the door aligned with the bottom track.Thanks,Scott

Window has 4 little plastic guides that hold window in the middle and are between the window and the track. I am looking for replacement guides that mount near the 4 corners of the bottom window

The handle is broken on the door. I think this is the original door for the home, which would mean it was manufactured in 1987 or 1988. The sliding door measures 60x80.
