I am looking for the wheel for an awning window. The wheel is 1/2inch diameter, 5/16" thick and the hole in the middle is 5/32". The current wheel is made of nylon but I think other materials could work. Thank youDavid

The right hand balance part that rides in the channel is broken Also the cable and attachment that goes onto the plastic part shown does no move well. Are there any instructions or videos that show how to replace the whole valance

I ordered the wrong replacement casement cranks. The problem is the short arm is longer than the original. Other than that, everything else fits. My order # is 1607743. Thanks, Bruce

I am trying to find a replacement door handle for my glass sliding door. It is not a normal size and appears to be deeper than what I can find at home depot. It says on the handle DNS industries .12 inside pull -1400 series. I need the whole pieces inside and out. Leslie
