I need to replace what appears to be an awning style part not 39-037 whole window parts including the screw out/in mechanism with a center drive. the armatures are approximately 6" long for each of the scissor parts. I am missing the shaft spacers and interior latch part of this lock could you supply those parts for an entirely new latch

Needing replacements for these they are 1 inch and a quarter width by inch an 1/2 tall and a 1/2 thick

My window cranks work fine, but the crank handles pull out of the "socket" they are in. I am assuming the entire crank assembly will need to be replaced. The crank housing on my model is 4 1/2 inches long.

I received my gold color latch replacement, thank you, however, the anti-slam pin doesn't line up with where the latch connects on the white door jam part.

I broke my handle on the outside glass sliding door, I am having a hard time locating a lock like the one in the photograph.

Hello, I need to identify the part in the second/middle picture (Also circled in the first picture). It's the metal piece that attaches directly to the bottom of the sash. This is a dual arm window operator. The longest arm is approximately 9.5 inches long. It is likely made by Truth, though that's not certain.

In previous emails, Swisco customer service suggested that Part SS39-239C is the correct replacement for my old operators (Milgard vinyl awning windows, installed in 2001 or 2002).
