The screws that held it on, the window had to be opened to access screws.

Is it possible to replace these parts

I am looking for a replacement for a sash balance. This is coming out of a single hung vinyl window manufactured around 1995. The metal portion is 26" long. Please let me know if you need any other information.

Wheel is 1-1/4" diameter, whole thing is 2" long, it's only 1/4" thick, not the 3/8" thick I keep finding, and length from top to bottom at clips is 13/16". The one I took a picture of broke with the post nubs so I presume the corners need to be replaced as well now. Is there a more common 1/4" thic ... (cont.)

I need to replace the casement window operator. The flex arm is 4 7/8" and the attached arm is approximately 4 1/2". The crank is fixed. I would like the white color to match the white vinyl window frame. Thanks Mark
