Joining bracket on bottom track of French sliders

You can see in the picture the pilot holes drilled for some sort of bracket that would cover the gap between the slider tracks. It's a Pella door. Have no idea the model.

Searching for garage access door window

Need to replace garage access door window. Frame is cracked and will not hold glass in. Window frame measures 21 5/8" wide by 25 1/2" high. Window and screen opening measures 19 3/4" wide by 23 3/4" high.

Bracket at back of drawer

The track slides into the bracket. Have been unable to locate a replacement part. The tape is holding the broken bracket.
