The brand of the casement window crank assembly is Truth. The part that is damaged is the black piece and attached metal glide (shown in photo) that ties in the lower hinge of the casement window to the installed to the track appears to be damage/cracked due to use. I can open the window but it won't close. The crank handle turns but the window doesn't close. The handle appears to unscrew from the unit as opposed to turning the gears to close the window. Can you identify the problem and what parts I might need? Thank you.

Handle is cracked at the base where the pin goes in. Crank works fine. Just looking for new handle. Thanks!

It looks like the 18-064 but it is not 1/8 in from the bottom of the top lip.

I'm looking for replacement tilt window latches. As far as I can tell, the measurements are: 3 1/2" wide, 2" screw holes on center, 1 1/2" length, 1" distance from outside edge to first screw hole. Thanks!

Need replacement tilt wimdow latches per attached photos and dimensions. Original windows are Owens Corning model FDH. On back of latch it shows Pat.#4.901.475. Spring does not allow the upper clamp to rotate/spring into position. Not sure if I properly collected all hardware, so I may want to also know which new handle set to match with. I included the serial number on the door itself in case that makes a difference.Kindly advise.John
