Says 8254 on the specific part. I need replacement pieces so that the actual sash will stay open and stay in the frame track.

Trying to find the replacement pivot shoe for the left side one is cracked and will no longer slide up and down (first picture). I have not removed it, but thought maybe it could be identified by the window part number/details (second picture)

Not sure which part/mechanism would work with my windows. I think the gears on the mechanism have gone bad which have caused them to "click" and not function properly.

Maintenance super at a property having trouble locating these specific parts. Tilt window balancers 28 inches long screw hole on top of balancer/ eyelet and plastic bushing on bottom end Doesn't use eyelet though it pulls past slot on top of pivot lock shoe and wedges in looking for pivot lock s ... I would like to replace just the crank handle if possible. The handle is in the way when installing window blinds. Where do I find a replacement part? Also I do not see a set screw. How do I remove and replace the window crank? I believe I have Jeld wen vinyl windows. Thanks

Semco casement windows. Grills were not put in when manufactured. Need 2 aluminum grills to put in the inside of the windows.

We do not know the name of the window. We purchased in 1998. We need 25? WE have used your company before.Thank you so much

They are white 2 1/2 inches long by 7/8 inches width. Screws holes are 1 3/8 apart. Home was built in 2000 and are orginial windows.
