I have 35 to 40 year old DUCANA windows(Chatham Ontario Canada company) The name TRUTH is stamped on the arm. I need both left and right cranks. I have found 9.5 inch and 13.5 inch and 11.5 inch cranks but the measurement as I read it is 11 inches. Center to center. Is it just poor measuring? Any h ... (cont.)

I need to purchase a new handle, and i do not see dimensions online. Can you please let me know what handle will fit my door. The last one i purchased has screws that barely fit the thickness of the door.

Hi there!These clips hold the window screens in place using a plastic screw. The clip has a tab that fits into the window frame. All windows in our house use these clips. This is a clip that hold a window screen in place. There are four clips per window. Several clips are broken and need to be replaced. The length is 3/4" and the width of the clip is 3/8". I also need to know what kind of blind rivet to use. Thanks!

I am looking for a sash for my Malta window. The dimensions of the sash are 38 3/8 wide by 31 3/8 high. The markings on it say Malta-7a 8. I am also interested in some grills for these windows as well.

I have an old sliding screen door. Image 1319 is the metal part that the rubber guide in 1317 attaches to. Is there any way I can replace the rubber that is split and cracked. If not is there a premade guide that would fit my sliding screen? It is 70-72" long. Thank You.

Hi, Trying to ensure I order the correct parts. Have several broken sash guides and window balances. I want to replace them for all my windows. I have 15 windows, approximately 34 in wide. 5 are not standard size approximately 51 in. The pictures are from one of the big windows.

Could not find any markings on the latch or window. They are approximately 35 years old. The screw holes are 2 1/4" Center to center. Need at least 10. Thanks for your help.
