I have a left and right hand crank that are stripped. The base is 4 inches wide. Part number on the arms are truth 30905 and 40352. I want to replace with white. There are also two 3 inch latches I want to replace in white. Thank you

I quickly looked at a friends lockset with a sticky deadbolt and offered them help. Hello. I am trying to find the right replacement for this. The balance is for a non-tilting window. It measures 31" length x 1/2" width. It appears to have "3CG" etched on the balance. Please let me know if there is anything else needed to help identify this. Thank you!

I am looking for window snap in glazing as shown in attached file. The window manufacturer was H-R Windows. The windows are aluminum framed single hung windows. The Texas sun and heat has done its work on the glazing. Any help is appreciated. Terry Fay
