I was just wondering if i could buy a replacement for the door panels ?? there are stickers on most of them that have A161.1-1990 on them...

We have two windows that use the Truth Entry-Gard 20810 system. The handle and enclosure are loose, and turning the handle generally just spins, without consistently driving the arm. Good Evening, I am looking for a 29" (metal channel) channel balance. I believe it is a 385 or 380. But from your description I am unable to verify the 1-3/32 vs the 1-inch. I don't see which direction to measure. Can you help? Thanks, Lise
