I originally ordered 39 -156 which is definitely the wrong one. Is this ( 39 - 013) the correct one do you think ? Also how do I return the incorrect ones.

These are 22 years old, from when the house was built in 1999. Wheels are 1.25" in diameter. Housing is 1.25" tall, 5/8" wide and 3 1/8" long (hopefully we measured correctly!)

Which folding handle and cover would work to replace the pictured truth hardware. We have the kind that pushes on Would 39-107FK work? We would like matte black but I don't think it is available.

This is in regards to a Polybau window.This little pot metal oval shape end piece screw on the bottom of the window and then fits into a slotted piece in the window side channel. Locks arm in place on casement window

3/8" post with 12 splines. Approximately 1 1/4 in length.

We bought 12 Thermal Gard pivot shoes 15-070 after somebody on Swisco suggested it. We watched the video and we used the screwdriver like a shoe horn to slip the new shoes into place. However once they're in the jamb the pivot shoes won't move up and down. It's too tight.
