Hello. I need to find and buy this white window latch. It is on top of the window on the left side. The right side has the same type of latch. I would greatly appreciate it if know the maker and where I can buy one.

2 Rollers are missing on bottom edge of door that fit into track in door frame. Size of rollers unknown. Pictures show the nylon rollers that fit into the top edge of the door track.
