I would like to order spring counter balances (2) for a 35"w x 59.5"h single hung Atrium brand window. In addition, I need a counter balance removal clip for that same window (see attached photo of broken clip). Thank you.

This pivot par is from a double hung window, which I believe to be "Alside" brand. It's just under three inches in length and hooks into the bracket shown in the picture. My tenant has broken two of them which I obviously need to replace.

Hello, I work at a school and we need to replace a few of these window cranks, they have either disappeared or broke over the years. The windows are Milgard, the product # on the window is D-X71645. Any help you could provide is appreciated!

I just need the tracks. They are 22 3/4" x 1 3/8" wide. There are four, 6" glass panels in each window. We need the tracks for 6 windows, totalling twelve tracks. We would like the handle to be 6 on the right and six on the left.
