I don't know the vintage of the home, probably 90s but There are sliding mirrored bypass closet doors in my bedroom. The track seems just fine but the rear door pops off the top railing. I think this is caused by the mounting of the hardware. It appears to not fully sit in the track as does the hard ... (cont.)

I haven't had a chance to remove this yet, but can do that if that helps better identify the part. It is for a small bathroom window. It is stripped and no longer operates.

Aluminum Windows 2006 construction. #3 on bottom. There are right hand and left hand units. Female part installs into the window frame rather than sitting on top of the frame.

It allows the bracket accept the bifold door.

I'm looking for a 27 in. window balance for a non-tilt window. Width of channel is 1/2 in. Sash weight range on channel says 2650. It looks like the 27 in. Series 385 channel balance shown on the website would fit. Could you please confirm ? Thank you, Sabine Levet

The window balance that was used in this was a 23 5 FO Caldwell.I probably should be replacing all of the top balances not real sure what your package quantity is but I figure I'll need at least 20 I will also be taking other windows down and will probably be needing other balances as well ...
