I have another door that was modified incorrectly and trying to replace incorrect rollers. The rollers pictured are from another door just like the one missing the rollers. Likit doors and windows the house was built in 1985. I'm hoping you have the replacements Double Rollers.

Please see the attached pictures. This most closely matches part number 39-315 but with a shorter link arm. Is there a direct replacement available with a shorter link arm? The number stamped on the link arm is 20810.

The handle keeps falling off and only had for 2yrs. Bought for 98.95 from swisco.com is there a warranty for this product we have it in satin Nickel 82-399. Please let me know what we can do about it.
