Hello--Can you please provide me with some guidance on the Vanguard internal lock part shown in the pictures? One of the internal components snapped and I am hoping to avoid having to replace the entire door when the only issue is with the lock; there is no part number listed on this--the part only ... 1)I need two channel balances. The balance is stamped 2430 BG BSI. 2) Also, when the pulley rope broke, the balance rammed into and broke the end-piece attached to the sash that the balance fits into. 3)Do you sell lubricant to help the sash slide more easily? Thank you very much! ... (cont.)

There are no identifying numbers, letters, or logo markings on this latch. It's the only piece that locks the window, the latch locking part goes between the small space when the window is closed. The front of the latch (the small white piece) broke off leaving it jagged. I can still lock the window ... (cont.)

Hi,the windows are made by Pennco INC and i need the pivot lock shoe and the house where buld on 2002.

Looks similar to the 81-278 1-1/2" metal wheel in what appears to be a brass housing. They are for a kiosk door at a gas station, nothing fancy. I only need one but I figure I should do all four while I am there.

Hi. I'm looking for a replacement latch for Patriot (Ply Gem) windows installed in 2008. The top surface rectangle of the latch measures 2 1/2" x 1/2". The underside is 9/16" wide and the thickness is 3/8". Thank you.

Hi. Need part number for no-tilt window channel balance. It has an imprinted label that says 3350 BE B.S.I. Its depth is 5/8" and length is 34". I need two of them for both sides of the window. Please see pictures attached for further information. Can you kindly help?Ali

2 wheel with metal ball bearings. Attached is pictures with a tape measure. the back with the adjustment screw and the attachment screw is smooth, the top that rests against the bottom of the door has 2 small protrusions. The part that holds the glass in place is cracked on three windows, I think they're called window glazer beads. Do you have something that we can use to replace the cracked portions as seen in the photos?
