The crank worm gear is disengaged from turn gears. I assume the crank worm gear cannot be fixed? So, entire operator must be replaced? Left and right.

The locking mechanism is the 1973 Canadian patent 919213 but I'm looking for the handle preferably with the aluminum finish.

Looking for black window sash locks to replace some that are broken. My neighbors found a brand that fit (see attached photo) but she got the last few that were left at the store.

The part that allows the window to move up and down on a spring is broken

Window lock - casement windows - it says crystal on the front and Acer Industries Ltd.

I need help identifying these latches. I just bought a house that had these latches in the windows, however just about all of them are broken. I'm not even sure if the original color was white or a beige. Let me know if there is any other information that would help.
