Vintage 1981 sliding mirrored-closet door top roller is worn out. Will CDH-106 attach to .3261 29the part 3038173 (3450426)

There is a numeral '5' on the part. I believe these are Anderson windows, but not positive. This piece seems to hold the window in the track when window is being raised and lowered. Without it, the window comes out too easily and unexpectedly. Thank you!

Hello, I need to replace the balancers on my Milgard windows. I removed the balancers and they measure 27" in length. The only markings on the balancer are "26 5 FU CMC 2". Window balance 2930. Bought 4 the other day from you guys. This seems to be the real culprit. Screws into the window frame at top in track and holds the spring/balance from going above the window which was my primary issue. After 18 years figured I'd just replace the balances too. ... (cont.)
