Not sure which one this is. Only marking on it is 23D USB. It is 24" long and 1/2" wide.

I am looking for the white plastic tie bar guides(?) that hold the stainless steel tie bar in place and allow the PGT casement window to be locked. The windows are original installation dating from 2001, and the plastic guides measure 3 3/8" X 7/8". thanks, Robert

It's a metal window locker?? which hold the window on the track. U can pull it out if u move the lever of the locker to inside.
