my part needed is for a non tilt out window balance. The metal is 29" inches long and 1/2inch wide. I was looking at the s380 and s385 but not sure which on I have. The metal has 28B stamped into it. Please advise which windows balance I need to fix my windows.

Hello! I am looking for a replacement for a Certainteed Sash Lock. The numbers imprinted on the underside of the lock are 93 81. This lock needs to work with the keeper that is already on the window (mounted flush) because there is not enough space/material to mount a different type of keeper on ... (cont.)

I need the metal that goes on the bottom part that measured 10 inches and also the arms shown.

I've watched the video on replacing the channel balance which requires taking the lower part of the window off. So, the lower section can be replaced quite easily. If the upper section has gone bad does that require the entire window be replaced? Do you have a video for that?

Series: 8670H - SHD-R25-72x80 Can you help me find the correct replacement lock devise so that I can change the lock on my door to be able to be unlocked with a key from the exterior, please? Any information is helpful. Thanks you.

The handle with the lock is loose because the socket for the screw snapped. The Screw Holes are 3 15/16" apart. Do you have a Chrome or Brass set that will fit. No idea who manufactured the doors or hardware.
