I need 12 total components (a pair each for 6 windows) that will replace the broken parts noted in the photos so that spring remains in tact to open the windows as necessary.

Do you have online pictures for older patio door rollers- is there numbers on the old ones when I pull them out to match? They are 45 years old- sure fimding correct rollers will be a chore. Thanks

These are 29" long...5/8 width....1/2 depth....the stamp is 28 3 CN Caldwell.Neither end guide has side flares/wings. See pics...Windows approx 30 years old. Thanks for your help...David

The 15-195 1-1/4" T-Lock balance shoes with closed cam that I ordered for my Series 795 32B channel balances will not fit. Hi. These two pieces attach to the moving portion of the window. One is made of metal and it's fine. The other is made of hard plastic and it's cracked and broken and is the problem. The pen is pointing to the broken piece.

Hello. The nylon piece in the window balance broke. I would like to order a replacement balance but am not sure which one I need. I think the boots guide is a Caldwell 15P170 and the top guide is a 15P124 but I'm not sure. I have more photos if needed. Thanks for your help!
