I have a sliding door interior handle for which the bolts have loosened and become disengaged. When I try to reinsert and tighten the bolts are not reaching. The bolts have their thread. This is for a vinyl window sold by Acri Company. Measurements are 9/16" thick at the brake and a hair less elsewhere, 1.5" tall (*not* including the attached coil), 1.25" wide.
