Windows are single hung, non-tilt. Metal part measures 29". Need to replace on at least two windows. Internal system came apart but I can see a couple of small wheels, pulley, elastic cord and more.

Have a multi point lock, measured 12" hole c to hole c , you can see cracked housing toward bottom, looking for replacement

No markings on keep, it measures 2 11/16 long x 11/16 wide. Windows are double hung tilt, I think Farley Classic 1450.

Trying to find this part. Can you help patent number 4.930.820. Other number on handle 45037, and same style but different older handle has number 40222. Another handle same style again has number 45088 and this one has a number on the base, 31260. Thanks for your help
