I am looking for this snap in plastic glazing for a pennco aluminum window, 9/16" wide ,1/8" deep at top of channel, the piece that you see when installed is 5/16" wide by 1/8" .

Looking for a window balance (34 x 5/8") with a groove/channel down the center (window slides in groove)

My toggle lock does not work..it's difficult to turn and the bolt does not come out to lock the door. This is a peach tree door from 1986 and I believe the style is Ariel. What parts do I need to fix it? Please help.

I believe this is an Andersen window but can't find anything online to replace this pivot shoe. It has a number 8 on the side. Thank you

The lock mechanism is defective and indoor handle lock/unlock lever is broken Lock mechanism 12" center of mounting screws. Outdoor handle has no locking mechanism - Handle only. I have attached some photos. set for a Alside Model# 6106-6"
