Hello, I need to replace sash window balance. I am looking for the whole package that includes two end pieces, spring, string and the metal piece. The length for metal pieces is 28 in and the width is about 9/16 in. Thank you!

This is from the bottom of a single hung Alenco window. The part pictured (#2) is the broken one I am looking to replace. It appears to be a softer zinc material measuring 1/4" wide x 3/16" high. Looking for replacement weatherstripping for my 20 yr old Certainteed casement windows. Looks like 58-200 might work, or possibly the 58-135? The seal is about 7/16" wide, the sash insert width is about 3/16" and the insert depth looks to be about 1/8". Thanks
