Hi, My house was built in1987, the window size about 35.5 (W) x 53 in (H), the balancer dimensions are 6.75 end to end x 3 in x .0.75 in thick. Balancer has Andersen Minn 11600-17 and heavier stamp E 10#27 7 87. Please advice balancer that fits my specs.
