PT".Metal portion of the balance measures 25 5/8".Width is 1/2" and depth is 5/8".I looked your web site for what I need, but I can not tell if I need Series 380 or 385.My bottom shoe measures 1 3/8" tip to tip, and 7/8" from bottom to top of the wing. I have Alcoa Mastic double hung windows that we had installed in 1993. I have several windows that have the plastic part that keeps the window from being opened more than 2 inches has broken. The part simply fits in a small rectangular slot in the window pane frame.

Only the bottom half of the window moves up and down. I'm trying to identify the parts marked in red to replace them. Bottom window needs two pieces replaced and top window needs the center piece replaced. Would also like to know if you carry the replacement parts?

What one should I order?

This is from the exterior of a fixed custom vinyl framed window. The window is about 30 years old and I don't know the manufacturer, or if there even is one for a custom window. Can you suggest a replacement? Thank you for your help.
