need a new latch lock

I'm looking for two replacement latches

Love your very informative videos for replacing parts. However we are needing help removing the window on the outside to replace a pane that's broken.

Need left and right side tilt latches.

Looking for more of these parts. They are clips that keep the front glass door on the outer pane. Note that the screws just hold it in place, they don't actually screw into anything. Home Depot didn't have them but suggested this website.

This handle works perfectly, but I would like it in a matte black finish.
